A VirtualNet contract gives our clients the same level of unlimited support that they could expect from our full contracts but on-site visits are not included. You get immediate access to our trained engineers both over the phone and using our excellent anytime, anywhere, web-based support software, Citrix Gotoassist.

Included with VirtualNet is one free site-visit per year which can be used either in an emergency such as a disaster recovery, or simply for preventative maintenance or advice with a project or upgrade etc.

Should it become apparent that a site visit is the only way in which we can progress a call, we would charge a discounted rate of £75 per hour. We do not charge any hidden call out fees.
