Maintenance

We have developed a range of Maintenance packages to cater for all budgets and levels of support that our customers require. Our packages range from per incident support to complete on-site support packages covering everything from cabling to server.

Support options

Remote Support charges for non-contract customers are to be made without exception at the following rates:
  • Initial Call - £ 45 per incident (First 30 mins)

  • Per hour there after - £ 75 per incident
  • Site Visit - £ 90 per hour (or by prior agreement)

 

Centranets are a Microsoft Certified Partner. All of our support staff are MCP or MCSE qualified, and have gained many years experience as Internal Network Administrators, as well as 'in the field' as Network Support Engineers.

This experience, along with our policy of constant training, enables them to resolve your IT issues quickly, and with the minimum of disruption to your business.
