EnterpriseNet
For larger or more complex companies we offer a range of tailor made enterprise solutions for Support.
We do have a structure that we use to develop each Support Contract. This basic contract assumes a three tiered system of response times, assigned according to the importance of each piece of equipment.
For example, a company's Mail Server is one of the most important, mission critical machines on the network and obviously any support contract would need to reflect that in the time take to respond to problems.
For all servers we have a standard response time of 4 Hours to be on site, investigating and resolving any issues. Conversely a workstation used for word processing on the shop floor may not be quite as important, and a slightly longer response time of 8 hours might be more acceptable, particularly with the accompanying reduction in cost. At the bottom end of the scale we also offer "Time and Material" contracts on equipment that is not essential to the day to day running of the business but would need to be investigated eventually should any problems arise.
To further assist, and to improve response/fix times for any IT related problems, we are able to act as a single point of contact and liase between all your IT suppliers. This means you will no longer have to waste your time diagnosing and getting somebody to admit responsibility for the problem.
All full contracts include as standard :
- Unlimited Call Outs for on-site Visits
- Unlimited Telephone Support
- Unlimited Remote Support
- Full MS Software Cover – OS and Applications
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Scheduled Monthly Engineer Visits – Preventative Maintenance
A Network Support Contract from Centranets will cover any fault that is connected with, or contained in, the operating system of a machine, the general connectivity of the network and problems with any Windows components. Basic MS Office problems are also covered. Should a fault be reported on equipment covered, then we would resolve it in the quickest time possible, according to your contract.
